Please At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We hope to expand internationally soon!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process an order (usually faster). Once your package ships, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number and other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folder for any emails from hello@minalone.com.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Minalone, our priority is to make sure that you love your products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@minalone.com. We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Please note that as a small business, we offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
