At Minalone, our priority is to make sure that you love your products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at hello@minalone.com within 14 days of purchase and include your order number. 

We offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. As we are a small business, shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Once a return is received and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.

Tip: If there is a particular ingredient that you know does not play well with your skin, we kindly ask that you read your product's ingredient list before completing your purchase. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us via email.
