We offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. As we are a small business, shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Once a return is received and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
